Badge Collection
Please collect your badge from 2:00 pm Monday 1st June at the registration desk in the Main Entrance at MECC. There will be signage at the entrance to identify the badge collection area.
Our staff will be at the registration desk in the Main Entrance to assist you with any registration or badge queries on the day.
When you arrive, please show your confirmation email on your device (with the barcode) or bring a printed copy. You’ll need to scan the barcode at registration to print your badge.

- Time: From Monday 1st, 2:00pm onwards

Shuttle Bus & Timings
Free shuttle buses will be running from Dusseldorf airport and Brussels airport for APEX and IRE attendees.
Booking in advance is not required if you would like to travel on the shuttle buses. Sufficient seating is provided.
Proof of registration or digital badges are not required. Simply arrive at the meeting point stated below:
- Brussels Airport: When you arrive at Brussels Airport, walk out of the gate into the arrival hall, you will immediately see the welcome desk where the hostesses will be waiting to welcome you.
- Düsseldorf Airport: At Düsseldorf Airport, please go to the meeting point. Throughout the terminal, there are signs hanging from the ceiling indicating where this is. This meeting point is located next to the airport’s information desk.

If you still need a place to stay, we’ve made finding the right hotel much easier. Our dedicated accommodation page brings together all the local options in one spot, so you can compare locations, check availability, and choose the hotel that suits you best. It’s the quickest way to secure somewhere comfortable and convenient during your visit.
Practical Information
- Attendance: Visitors who register for one show will have free access to both IRE and APEX.
- Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is provided at the MECC.
- Catering: Catering and hospitality is available in the Catering area in the IRE Hall.
- Welcome Party: 17:30 PM – 20:30 PM on Tuesday 2 June (Day 1). The Welcome Party is open to all registered visitors, exhibitors and ERA convention delegates. Held in the catering area in IRE Exhibitor Hall.

Don’t miss the exhibitor presentations at the Conference Theatre on Stand 305. The presentations are a great opportunity to hear directly from industry experts about the latest innovations, technologies and solutions shaping the powered access and rental sectors.
These short, focused sessions are designed to give attendees practical insights and ideas, while offering the chance to connect directly with the exhibitors by continuing conversations at their stands after their presentations.
