Badge Collection

Please collect your badge from 2:00 pm Monday 1st June at the registration desk in the Main Entrance at MECC.  There will be signage at the entrance to identify the badge collection area. 

Our staff will be at the registration desk in the Main Entrance to assist you with any registration or badge queries on the day.

Travel & Parking Information

Shuttle Bus & Timings

Free shuttle buses will be running from Dusseldorf airport and Brussels airport for APEX and IRE attendees.

Booking in advance is not required if you would like to travel on the shuttle buses. Sufficient seating is provided. 

Proof of registration or digital badges are not required. Simply arrive at the meeting point stated below:
