We will contact you between Tuesday 5th May to Friday 8th May to inform you of your dedicated timeslot and date.

Can we show a PowerPoint presentation or video?

Yes. The 10-minute presentation can either be a speech only or with a PowerPoint presentation or short video file which will be shown on a screen provided.

Files can be supplied on a USB memory stick or shown from your laptop via a HDMI cable. Please supply a HDMI cable if you would like to connect via a laptop.

Can we have more than one person presenting?

How many times are we expected to present during the event days?

You are only required once over the course of the 3-day event.

We will contact you between Tuesday 5th May to Friday 8th May to inform you of your dedicated time-slot and date.

Does the presentation include time for a Q&A session?

No, we recommend using your allocated time primarily to present to the audience, and concluding by inviting attendees to visit your stand for any questions or further discussion. This will help ensure presentations stay within their allotted timeslots.

Will there be a table provided to place small equipment?

Yes, there will a small tabletop provided for small-medium sized items. We do not recommend bringing large items or machinery to your presentation.

What type of scanner do we bring to the conference presentation?

Although a data-collecting scanner is not essential, we recommend bringing one if you would like to capture details of attendees at your presentation.

This can be purchased through the exhibitor hub and can also be used on your stand to capture visitor information.

Will the presentations be recorded?

Your presentation will be recorded and available after the event via the KHL YouTube channel. Please let us know if you’d prefer not to be part of this service. This can be done on the day of the presentation.
